Here at TBC we are walking through "The Baptist Catechism" often inaccurately called "Keach's Catechism." While it has some decidedly distinctive Baptist elements to it, it is very similar to the Westminster Shorter Catechism from which it is drawn. Catechism are an incredibly useful tool to teach the faith once delivered to the saints.

Isabel - great points. To that, I would add, don't ask me when I'm going to have kids. As if I have control over that (I think there are so many people with kids out there who never had to TRY to have them, so they think that you can just decide one day and then conjure them up out of your wishes and thoughts). You can ask if I want to have kids, but not when it's going to happen. Or, you can ask that only if we can go back in time and I can ask you, "So, when the hell are you finally going to go through puberty?"

Implemented this. Works very well. Thought I'd share my experience. For some users I did not have a photo in AD. In those situations a window would appear alerting that usertile.exe has stopped working. Not a big deal, but a little unsettling to some users. I appended the last line to verify that the $photo variable is not null. Problem solved.
